Update on the Covid-19 protocols at Victoria Vet Clinic, as of April 6th, 2021

Due to the increase in Covid-19 numbers in Regina, as of April 6th, we are changing back to a no face to face contact system for all services. This includes appointments as well as food and supply pick-ups (some exceptions will be made i.e. end of life goodbyes). We understand that it can be stressful for you and your pet during this time, and we will do everything possible to reduce this stress. We hope that this change will only be for a short period. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Guideline for Appointments

Telemedicine will be utilized for any appointments deemed possible. When booking an appointment, we will collect information to determine if a phone consult or in clinic exam is required.

For in clinic exams:

Call us from your vehicle when you arrive, 306-522-8802. If you do not have a cell phone, please get our attention at the front window and we will check you in then come to your vehicle when we are ready for your pet.

Pets will be dropped off at the front entrance, between the doors. You must wear a mask when bringing your pet to the front foyer. (Phone in before bringing your pet to the door.)

  • Pets in kennels: When directed to do so, leave your pet inside the front entrance. A staff member will be waiting to retrieve your pet once you exit the front door.
  • Pets on leash: When directed to do so, bring your pet through the first door and a staff member will be waiting to retrieve your pet. Be sure the door is closed behind you to avoid your dog from getting away from us.

***Please keep as much distance between you and our staff member as possible.

We will call you after the appointment to discuss treatment and payment. Please wait outside of the clinic, in your vehicle, do not leave unless instructed to do so.

House call visit will be suspended for the time being.

Call us from your vehicle when you arrive, 306-522-8802. If you do not have a cell phone, please get our attention at the front window.

We will gather your order and meet you at the front door. Staff will place your item(s) in between the doors for you to retrieve. Please wait till our team member returns to the waiting area before coming in.

Payment over the phone is preferred. NO Cash accepted.

Our debit machine and door handles will be disinfected after each transaction.

Use the hand sanitizer on the shelf, prior to using the debit machine.
